Trade Sentries Insurance Services (CA Lic. 0D20962) is a workers’ compensation and contractor-focused insurance agency. We built the brand from scratch — logo, business cards, letterhead, merchandise, email infrastructure — then the marketing site, and finally the Agency Management System that runs the business.
The AMS is a Cloudflare Workers + D1 SaaS: live WCIRB xMod data pulls, prospecting workflows, policy tracking, and an AI layer that drafts outreach and surfaces renewal risk. It replaced a stack of spreadsheets and a generic CRM. The agency now runs entirely on software built specifically for how contractor insurance works.
