The studio
Boutique studio. Unfair advantage.
Grey Sky Media has been building software since December 1999. Hundreds of projects across native apps, SaaS, brand, and infrastructure. In 2025 we paired that experience with a full AI dev team built on Claude Code — agents named after the roles a real studio needs: project director, engineer, designer, security auditor, QA, devops, scrum master.
We use them the way a good studio uses senior contractors — with judgment, oversight, and a clear chain of accountability. The output looks like a much bigger team. The decisions don't.
