Do you charge by the hour?
No — we price on boundaries, not by hours billed. Fixed scope, fixed price. You get certainty, we manage the risk. The only exception is retainer work, where the retainer covers an agreed slice of capacity each month. Scope changes outside the boundary mean a written change order before we start.
What if scope grows mid-project?
We pause, discuss, and write a change order. Sometimes it's a small add-on to the existing budget. Sometimes it's a separate engagement. We never sneak extra hours into an invoice.
Do you offer free consultations?

What's typically NOT in the project price?
Copywriting, photography, video, ongoing content updates, paid ads, managed marketing campaigns, and third-party app licensing. We'll tell you upfront what those items cost or who to hire.
Are there ongoing costs after launch?
Usually yes — third-party APIs, optional support retainers ($1.5k–$5k/month), and infrastructure for compute/storage/email/auth. Hosting cost varies by product so we don't publish a flat number — we'll budget every recurring item explicitly in your proposal.
