Grey Sky Media has been building software since 1999. 187 projects across native apps, SaaS, brand, and infrastructure. In 2024 we integrated AI deeply into our development workflows, pairing our senior engineers with an AI team built around the roles a real studio needs: project director, engineer, security auditor, QA, and DevOps.
We run the AI team the way a good studio runs any team: with judgment, oversight, and accountability. The output looks like a much bigger team. The decisions don't.
