Branding refresh, website design and development, email infrastructure, photography, and copy for a medical practice

Partial brand work, full website design + development, email infrastructure, on-site photography, and copywriting for R+H — a medical practice positioning itself with a modern, considered identity.

Inbox-first

Patient email runs through a managed, deliverable-first stack

Before

A practice whose digital presence didn't match the care patients felt in person — and a front desk fielding 'where do I find…' calls instead of booking appointments.

After

A site that finally feels like the practice. Patients find what they need on their own, and front-desk calls shifted from confusion to actual appointments.

R+H Medicine — Branding refresh, website design and development, email infrastructure, photography, and copy for a medical practice

The work

R+H is a medical practice that needed a digital presence that matched the level of care patients experience in person. We came in to contribute on the brand, own the design and build of the website, set up the email infrastructure, capture on-site photography, and write the copy.

The brand work was collaborative — we layered onto existing assets and refined the marks, type, and color system into something cohesive across screen and print. The site itself is fast, mobile-friendly, and built around what new patients actually look for first: location, services, what to expect, and how to reach the office.

We brought a photographer in to capture the practice and the team so every image on the site is theirs, not stock. Email runs through a managed, deliverable-first stack so patient-facing communication actually lands in the inbox.
