Custom web app, shopping cart, and integrated native app for a victim-services platform

Designed and built a custom web application from the ground up — with a shopping cart and an integrated companion native app, also designed and developed by us. Built for a victim-services platform where speed, reliability, and a careful UX matter.

Crisis-ready

Calm, fast, and reliable for people reaching out at the worst moment

Before

A victim-services platform can't afford to feel clunky or slow. The people reaching out are often in crisis, and every second of friction is a barrier at the exact moment it matters most.

After

A platform and companion app that are calm, fast, and reliable — exactly what someone reaching out for help needs to find. The technology gets out of the way so the service can do its work.

1-800-Victims — Custom web app, shopping cart, and integrated native app for a victim-services platform

The work

1-800-Victims is a victim-services platform. The brief was a complete custom web application plus a native mobile companion — every screen, every flow, every piece of backend logic designed and built by our studio.

The web application is the operational core. We designed the entire interface, built it on production infrastructure, and structured the data model so the team can move quickly without losing track of casework. The native app extends the reach of the platform onto mobile with the same level of care — designed and developed in-house, not a wrapper around the web.

Because of who the platform serves, the experience had to be careful. Calm interface, predictable behavior, fast response times, and a contact flow that puts the right resource in front of someone the moment they need it.
