The work
OneMoreTime VIP runs a VIP membership and redemption program with real volume. The brief was a complete application: a member-facing site that handles a heavy concurrent load, a redemption flow that doesn’t lose state under traffic spikes, a custom backend that owns the member and transaction data, and an integration into the third-party fulfillment system that ships physical product.
This was end-to-end — design through deployment. We designed the entire UI, built it in production-grade web tech, wrote the backend that powers it, and wired it into fulfillment so a member can redeem and a shipping label can print without anyone in the loop. The infrastructure is sized for the traffic profile (heavy spikes around new releases) and instrumented so we can see what’s happening in real time.
This is the kind of project we love — a real application, not a marketing site dressed up with forms. Identity, sessions, transactions, inventory, fulfillment, and customer-facing UX all live in the same system and need to stay coherent under pressure. OneMoreTime VIP is a clean example of what a complete custom application build looks like end-to-end.
